She has been living a fast-paced life in Delhi-NCR while working for various MNCs and Indian firms related to Infrastructure sectors in India. Having assimilated working experience for 20 long years of corporate life, she reflected on the impediments and sordid life imposed on humanity during the lockdown due to COVID-19. The revelation came to her that this is the opportune time and phase to realise long term cherished goal to start an NGO on environmental and social issues and forge a platform for the like-minded professionals to carry out extensive social work including framing policies and prepare a ground work for constructive intervention towards making the world a better place to live. It was not an easy through pass, her journey was fraught with uncertainties but her friends stood by her and infused enough strength and self-believe to take up a seemingly insurmountable task to form an NGO with such noble and sublime objectives with clearer intents and commitments.

In 2021, with the blessings of late father and unconditional support from husband, she has formally registered the NGO, Earth Revital Foundation and committed to achieve the Vision and Mission derived from Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.
